This is an inventory swap/save edit that has been tailored to having a better balanced starter gearset post starting cutscene. This is not a full save file at all.
Details:
The gear is themed after being realistic for what a corporate soldier might carry on his person, even while in a helicopter en route to a mission. It is based around what American gestapo (aka patrol officers in typical suburban police departments) might carry while on a patrol.
To be more specific, you will now have the following gear in game if implemented properly:
96 rounds of pistol ammo (8 full magazines @12 rounds per magazine)
50 dollars
20 carbon fiber arrows
6 spare batteries
3 energy bars
3 energy drinks
1 Handheld Radio
1 Flashlight
1 Compound Bow
1 Service Pistol
1 Machete
1 Stun Baton
1 Set of standard starting gear in the package it comes with
custom realistic starter inventory install Instructions:
Step 1: start a save file, and open boxes in crash site until you find a tarp, and place it on the ground, then look for a stick. DO NOT add them to inventory, but instead hold E to pick them up in hand. DO NOT OPEN THE INVENTORY UNTIL ALL STEPS ARE FOLLOWED.
Step 2: Save the game, and name it anything you want, so long as you can remember the name, then quit to desktop.
Step 3: Go to your save file folder. Google where it is if you cannot find it.
Step 4: After locating the folder with the save you just made or wish to change, drag the PlayerInventorySaveData.json file into the .zip file in the save game directory, and overwrite as needed.
Step 5: rejoin the save and enjoy the balanced new starting gear.
This has been tested in single player mode so far, with unconfirmed reports of working as host in multiplayer. Use/attempt in multiplayer at your own risk.
