NOTE: these DLCs are made specifically for the US Switch version of the game. To enable these DLCs on PC, please click here.
One lazy evening I've been reminded of the existence of Japan-exclusive DLCs for Sonic Frontiers, and not finding any way to get them working on the Switch, I've decided to take the matter into my own hands.
After quite a bit of research and work, here are the Japanese DLCs, made compatible with the English version of the game! Now you can enjoy Igunami Korone-inspired skins for Sonic & the Koco, unique Igunami Korone sound effects, as well as a brand new idle animation for Sonic! And all that won't replace any existing in-game content!
Installation is the same as for any other game/DLC on a hacked Switch: extract the .nsp files from the archive, use your favorite installer homebrew (I recommend DBI), and voila!
