fixed MP40 dark wood issue, & mines rendering always dark
The following is removed : loot icons, hit markers, enemy frag notification pop up, mine indicator, objectives pop up, reloading animation icon, keys/pad buttons, hit damage direction. Also the following effects are disabled : glow pick up, glow for explosives/vehicles.

Hints If you want to restore some HUD elements or effects, you can do this by simply deleting the corresponding ini files located in ..\bin\Mods\SEIII Altered\ini.
