Adds a menu that'll let you see a bunch of extra info about any item

The menu is opened with a keybind. the default binding is F5 but can be rebound in the Controls settings.
To open the menu for an item just press the keybind while hovering the mouse over the item's icon or looking at the item's icon or looking at the item.
