Lets you unlock drone programming upgrades

Adds an upgrade for you character that improves your drone programming.
Th upgrade becomes available after you have unlocked Viktor's ranch expansion and completed a range exchange with Bob. The upgrade costs 2500 newbucks.
Once you've bought the upgrade a few changes happen with the drone's program selection:

Once you've bought the upgrade a few changes happen with the drone's program selection:
- The "Free Range" source option becomes available to all other target types (changed from only being available for plorts)
- Added a "Food" category to the target types. This option includes all food items
- Added a "Free Range/Plort Collector" source option. This option is available for plort target types
- Added a "Anywhere" source option. This option is available for all target types. This will take items from anywhere: silo's, free range, plort collectors, everything.
