Added a beard. Also, other variations and a miscellaneous file

Wei is now bearded up; it also includes Wei with white hair and/or blue eyes.
I've also improved the agent 47 outfit by removing the beard and adding blue eyes.
You will need resorep, you can install it from here Resorep - DirectX 11 texture replacer | Undertow Club or Resorep 1.7.0 US.rar - Google Drive or download the mod new look pack mod file from moddb
Make sure you use the version matching your machine (Win11 can use Win10)
