Question, did you make the the city building resources yourself(I.E. walls, sidewalks, streets, windows, doors, pipework, wiring, streetlights etc.)? if not, where did you find them?

Mixture of https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/83586 + turbosquid.com & other free 3d model websites + some models created created for me. And still some 40% of those assets are just reskins of vanilla assets. Like for example ashfelt road is just some retextured floor, the pedestrian sidewalk is retextured sovngarde table etc.

Nice. At first, I was thinking that it was a quest mod where the dragonborn somehow got either pushed into another dimension, or got blasted forward into Nirn's equivalent to our late 1980's early 1990's.
I don't really play vampire hunting simulators, but I do like the look of the gunplay aspects, and the world layout.

Mod and the game being remade is about a 12c vampire that goes into torpor and wakes up in 1999

That sounds great! I may take a look at it when you get it finished.
At first, when I saw the sewer and city layouts, I was reminded of an old mod for TESIV: Oblivion called "Dukecity" by a mod author called sexfoundation.
Surprisingly, the mod is still up here on the nexus.

can we get hyper-detailed flavor text and inventory names? maybe at a certain firearm skill level 'shotgun ammo' becomes '12-gauge Buckshot' and so forth. '9x19mm Parabellum cartridges' sounds sooooo much better than 'PiStOl AmMo'. the actual firing sounds are REALLY good by-the-by!

It's part of the original mod Gunslingers being in development by a cooperating modder. He's got those descriptions for those detailed descriptions if you're interested. In this case I follow descriptions of the original game so as to not confuse the players, not everyoen's a gunnut, but I need to see what ppl find the more confusing.

Ok, to make a shooter / remake of a totally different game is impressive.
