   I'm honestly shocked that she's gone. I mean, everyone must pass some day and she was really old, but... She was somehow a constant. Her death feels both epic and devastating; I exist in a time that will be marked in history forever, and yet we are reminded that everything ends. So nothing is a constant, actually.
   RIP, Your Majesty.

   Regardless how anyone views monarchy in general or her personally, today a fixed point in all our lives, be it big or small, has passed. After being there for most if not all of our lifetimes. How often did we joke she is the only thing eternal in quickly changing times.
   And now these times are over.
   Honour to you, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor (ex Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha) and to your unerring sense of duty and dignity. May you find your way to Sovngarde and be united with your Beloved.
   And my condolences to all feeling a deep sense of loss, though they may never thought they'd feel it.
