This is a mod made because Wynterhawk was disappointed in the living quarters when he became Archmage. This mod doesn’t alter, replace, or edit the existing Archmage quarters in any way. What it does is offers the Archmage the ability to purchase a new living space from NPC named Reynad Werrick (found in the college Arcanaeum). You MUST BE Archmage to purchase the home, so you obviously must complete the quest lines for the college. The living quarters will be available for player to use after some days of waiting and purchasing the home. It adds a map marker and fast travel, once in the home there is also a spell you can use to fast travel to the interior of the home. It’s a medium sized home but is packed with everything one needs, and also a bath area. There is a Dwemer style Observatory (along with certain recipes) to improve the player stats permanently… check out the mod and give Wynterhawk and ashleyclark some support!
