Vanilla Skyrim PC (and your NPC buddies) heal as fast as Trolls....mostly negating the need for healing potions/items/spells. This mod increases 'realism' by reducing the HealRate of the PC (and NPCs) by 99%.

Armor Enchantments Drain Vitality in Order to Function
Armor Enchantments now require 'energy' (vitality) to function! 100 Resistance Cap AND NO Stacking Enchantments or Alchemy
Resistance Cap is now 100%....BUT Potions and Enchantments no longer stack! This means that items like 'Amulet of Poison Immunity' or 'Vampire Poison Immunity ability' actually are now 100% effective....however, reaching 100% resistances by stacking enchantments + potions is now almost impossible to accomplish!

Realistic Swimming AND Drowning
Swimming is now affected by Inventory Weight and Stamina. Drowning occurs when you run out of stamina (and don't have Waterbreathing). Finally, swimming speed is reduced by default...and low stamina can further decrease swimming speed!It's about as realistic as I can make it.

Realistic Merchant Inventory and Less Magic Items Sold
Most Merchants/Blacksmiths no longer sell enchanted jewelry/armor/weapons (which better fits Skyrim's Lore). Additionally, MOST Merchants no longer have inventories that 'grow' alongside the player's level!Keep in mind, you'll still find Orcish/Nordic/Ebony/Bonemold for sale where you'd expect Lorewise.
