A vampire-themed, fort-Keep player home up the hill from Bloodlet Throne. Room for nine vampires/clanmembers, ten thralls(four beds outside), and two human guests. An excellent, cleaner alternative to Harkon's idea of a castle. Has both 'spicy bedroom' version(not functional though) and 'no-mannquins+two-more-bookshelves' version.

Small gravesites added in/around different settlements. Figure these places don't have enough time or money to transport everyone to the big cities or have fancy graves, so they have a little area somewhere nearby that has become the resting place for people. Best used with vanilla or town/settlement overhauls that only add a few buildings.

Home I made for one of my own characters and finally decided to release. A small shack situated about just south of the Lakeview Manor area and up the hill. Room for player, spouse, and one vampire follower in the cellar, which has an 'escape door' that leads out to the small hunting grounds below.

Quaint Retreat is a small nordic ruin converted into a 'home' with room for spouse, two 'normal' followers, and a vampire follower. It's themed around 'retreat/hangout', with lots of mead, ale, and wine; very cozy, not all smithing. Has several unique armors/weapons.
