Hunters with Enhanced AI

Update: See the bug report for possible problems. I didn't find any problems myself, but the mod is on an older setup and many things haven't been updated. I am not currently using it. So, the issues didn't exist then for me, but they could now. I would suggest uninstalling it and doing a clean of your save if you have any problems.

Underwater Blast Spell

This is the first mod that I have shared with others. It introduces a spell tome that adds an Underwater Blast Spell as a lesser power. It can be cast by using your lesser power/shout key. This allows it to be done without the use of your hands, which means you can use it underwater. It works out of the water as well, but is not very powerful.
