-Damage based = 'OneHanded or TwoHanded' high levels value 40% / 0.05 Script delay (during 4 seconds) 
 & finish damage 400% 
-Require : Stamina 75%

SolidSkorpio>> Tempest is maybe one of the greatest moveset i have see, is on your power section and is going to be added to your game automatically, can be use with 1h or 2h (RB to activate), you can perform the power in the ground or the air, this power cannot be used every time, you need to wait 4 seconds to use it again and use 75% of your stamina.
