Initial upload
You can randomly encounter a group of bandits that just murdered a bunch of imperial soldiers, and equipped their armor. For some reason one of the bandits has no shoes, despite all 3 bodies being empty. Looking at SSEEdit, his armor set lacks footwear. So I have assumed that it's an oversight and decided to give him full armor set.
