Changes the default outfits of many female NPCs to not have hats and hoods, so npc replacers can show off their custom hairs. Uses SPID, no esp conflicts

Skyrim is an outdated game and with many hats and hoods, it makes the NPCs bald and completely removes all of their hairstyles.
If you use NPC replacers, many mods give NPCs new hairstyles, and it's no fun if they are wearing a hood or hat.
This mod utilizes SPID to change the outfits of a lot of female NPCs to not use hats and hoods, opting for a hat-less or hood-less option.
This is compatible with any NPC replacer because it doesn't touch the NPC record.
It also includes an ESL-flagged esp which uses a vanilla outfit that isn't used ingame, and modifies it.
NPCs modified are: Sybille Stentor, Wylandreah, Madena, Dravynea, Tekla, Aia Arria, Abelone, Silana, Danica, Jora, Nura Snow-Shod, Mena, Leonara Arius, Katla, Greta, Orla, Senna, Anwen, Galathil, Aeri, Fralia Graymane, Milore Ienth,,Mirri Severin , Bralsa Drei, Olava the Feeble, Yatul, and Lilith Maiden-Loom
Due to how outfits work in SPID, I chose not to modify any followers (Ilia, Aranea, Njada) because SPID will constantly re-apply their default outfits if you decide to equip them with new outfits via a follower management system.
Also, I recommend using Better Hats for Custom Hair at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) , since I don't touch any NPCs wearing these hats, since their hair will still show up.
