About this mod

For some time now I was seperated from my passion for creating mods and always found this to be my favorite of my previous creations. For this reason, I have decided to revamp Altins Village, fix as many of the bugs as I can, and bring you the mod to Skyrim special edition revamped and hopefully better.

UPDATE RELEASE: (Altins Village Expanded)
Mod Release : - Went and polished what I could and wanted to add some more content. Hopefully I can continue to develope this mod as time goes on and improve it. I made this mod back in 2015 and have had a love for it since it's creation. Theres much more to do in relation to this mod but I wanted to share it with the nexus community sooner rather than later. I hope you enjoy! Thank you for your continued support!
(Mod is not yet present with voice audio so subtitles must be used for quests) (This will change in a future update)

Fixes:

 -fixed objects in spigons house 
- added new expansion to excavated ruin - time for more exploration!!! 

- various level design fixes 
- added falmer outpost in altins lair

- bridge in altins lair fixed to allow npc traversal
- navmesh revamp/touchup

- widened halls in certain areas to allow for better traversal
- two new cells (Catacombs, Altins Tomb)

Quest Expansion

- Spigon, Refine, and a new character (Ancient Forge Master Apprentice) - Are used to start three new quests and gain access to Altins Lair, Excavation Site, and the Unknown Mine
Three Quests Added (Altins Lair, Excavation Site, and the Unknown Mine will now be locked at the start of the game) (A key must be obtained by starting the relevant quest from the quest NPC)- 
- Book Of All Knowing - Delve into the new expansion in the Excavation Site and discover Altins lost tomb.
- Lost Age Dwemer - Explore the Unknown mine and defeat the dwemer automation to obtain a reward.
- Spigons Amulet Recovery - Battle through the falmer of Altins Lair and defeat the king!

3 Gates

Three Gates, 6 Keys, & 3 Books Expansion -- 
- All three chests require Ancient Vault Key To Open
Ethos (by the river) (first gate) - Ancient Vault Key -:- Three Gates And A Tale: The First Gate Since -:-I have been down here, bandit warlords have been attempting to capture Whiterun. But not from any siege or a great battle. They are seeking to take Whiterun from within. By becoming part of the people, it is without doubt they are planning something big. I'm not sure what. All I can tell the reader of this book is that I found an inscription writtin on the first door.... "Ethos" - I've also heard rumors of a chest.... something about this vault key.... I am unsure. It's clear it opens more than a vault! Maybe I will search by the river in the mean time.
Pathos (under the bridge) (second gate) - Trolarn Tower Key -:- Three Gates And A Tale: The Second Gate -:- It is unknown what path lies before us. If you ever feel lost, remember that a bridge to beyond can change everything.
Pathos - The tower... Altin raised the tower... and so he left the keys to all.
Logos (behind Altins Palace) (third gate) - Palace Key -:- Three Gates And A Tale: The Third Gate -:-Many have lived, and many have died. Nonetheless, we retain our sense of balance through understanding and logic.
Logos: Some have spoken of an older key deep within Altin's Lair; only with water may it be found.

Major plans for the future:
- Add version of mod which is present in another location to prevent conflicts with other mods.
- Add voice acted audio files
- continued bug fixes and navmesh improvement

Mod Description:
This mod adds a new settlement/village near Whiterun. It is a small town with a group of bandits hiding out who have taken it over and are currently bothering locals.

Lore:
A group of bandit's has overtaken the east side of Whiterun and so to it has caused corruption within the east. This group of bandits for several years has been disturbing locals and corrupting Whiteruns expansion. The reason it became controlled by bandits is because it was abandon by a certain organization known as the "Altinians", they died from Talos knows what. Yet lies the ruins of this forgotten city that is now controlled by bandits and has been for years.

- Added new craft able arrow storage to the home.

How to obtain Player Tower Keys?
-Explore all dungeons, one key is located at the end near the door of Altin's Lair
-The second is located in the excavated ruin, in a chest.

Compatibility


-This mod should be compatible with anything you throw at it as long as it does not edit the area shown in the picture above.
- Do keep in mind that this mod is in early stages and may have some bugs, if you find any please tell me.

-Add another file with Dragonborn and DawnGuard content for people who have it.(DONE)

You may perform compatibility patches to ensure this mod will work with any potential conflicts. However, this mod must be required as a dependency for any patch you create.
