This mod only alters the hudmenu.gfx and the map.swf files of the interface. If you use the SkyHUD compatibility file, then it also alters compassmarkerart.swf file.

Variant 1 replaces all undiscoverd locations other than cities with a gray-trimmed black rhombus with a gray question mark upon it.

Variant 2 replaces all undiscoverd locations other than cities with a blank gray-trimmed black rhombus.

Variant 3 replaces all undiscoverd locations other than cities with a blank svg file, effectively making them invisible.

The 'No Enemies' versions of the above also replace the enemy markers with a blank svg file.

The 'No Player Location' versions of the above also replace the player location arrow on the map with a blank svg file.

UPDATE v1.7 - I added compatibility for SkyUI 5.2.

UPDATE v1.6 - I added Colour Map Markers, both Multi and Simple.

UPDATE v1.5 - I added Pastel Map Markers and the patches necessary for SkyHUD support.

UPDATE v1.4.1 - I fixed an error in (vanilla color, variant 3, foes do not appear on compass) that could cause a crash (forgot to reset the 1st 3 ASCI-file characters of hudmenu to GFX instead of FWS)

UPDATE v1.4 - Updated to work with Skyrim SE v1.5.3, currently only default SSE, LMM, and NACMIM map markers and no SkyHUD support.

UPDATE v1.3 - I added Limo's Map Markers and NACMIM map markers as color options for the three variants of indistinct / invisible map markers.

UPDATE v1.2 - I added the option to remove the 'you are here' marker on the map. Also, I noticed that the creator of Minimalistic HUD had created a patch for SkyHUD, so I altered the part of the patch that would conflict and added just that part to this mod. Now, if you are using both SkyHUD and Minimalistic HUD, you can still use this mod with them (but place it after those mods).

UPDATE v1.1.1 - Only a fomod update. You may now choose whether the changes only occur to the compass or to the compass and map both. This is for those who wish for the map to still show undiscovered locations as normal, but also wish for such locations to not show up on the compass until encountered / discovered.

UPDATE v1.1 - I added compatibility for 'Minimalistic HUD', and I added example images to the fomod installer.
