Makes clutter and food items static. Inspired by the Breezehome Stability mod by tarlazo. Just like my previous static house mod anything that doesn't change the inside of the home should be compatible. I also could not be bothered to make the books static. What's a good home without books to read anyways? If you're interested in making the objects in your player home static just read through the comments here.
