Champion's Mettle
Some tweaks and improvements to the Imperial Dragon and Storm-Bear gear from the Civil War Champions DLC from the Creation Club.
Changes
Armor can now be changed to Light at a forge if you have the corresponding piece of Heavy Armor (and vice versa).
Heavy Armor is Nordic Carved Tier and Light Armor is Elven Gilded Tier.
Weapons are Nordic Tier.

Imperial Dragon Shield: You reflect 50% of incoming melee damage and resist 50% of incoming arrow damage while blocking.
Dragon's Oath: Deals 30 Fire Damage and has a chance to leave a Fire hazard.
Akatosh's Talon: Deals 30 Fire damage and reduces enemy weapon damage by 25% for 30 seconds.
Imperial Dragon Helmet: You block 25% more damage.
Imperial Dragon Armor: Your Health Regeneration is increased by 50% and your Armor Rating is increased by 100.
Imperial Dragon Gauntlets: You deal 25% extra damage with melee weapons.
Imperial Dragon Boots: Your Fire Resistance is increased by 50%.
Imperial Dragon's Honor (Set Bonus): Your Shouts last 50% longer.
Storm-Bear Shield: You block 25% more damage and resist 50% of incoming spell damage while blocking..
Storm-Bear Sword: Deals 30 Frost Damage and has a chance to leave a Frost hazard.
Tsun's Judgement: Deals 30 Frost damage and reduces enemy Armor Rating by 150 for 30 seconds.
Storm-Bear Helmet: You deal 25% more damage with power attacks.
Storm-Bear Armor: Your Stamina Regeneration is increased by 50% and your Armor Rating is increased by 100.
Storm-Bear Gauntlets: You deal 25% extra damage with melee weapons.
Storm-Bear Boots: Your Frost Resistance is increased by 50%.
