   I wonder if this patch needs an update since both masters have been updated.

      I checked to see when Scion and AYOP last changed the script that this mod patches and neither have been edited since this mod was uploaded.  I checked on 3/30/2025.  I hope this helps.

   This mod obviously should go after both, but what order should I put AYOP and Scion? Should AYOP go first, or Scion?

      Scion changes the script this patch touches to reflect its new vampire stage mechanics during a single quest. AYOP essentially rewrites the entire script, without accounting for Scion's changes. This mod just forwards Scion's changes into AYOP's rewritten script so that they play nice together.
