Summary
This mod allows you to toggle the 1st/3rd person camera when you are talking to NPCs.

The idea came to me from Switch Camera During Dialogue. I didn't want a plugin and papyrus script for the referred functionality. So I implemented it using SKSE and wanted to share it as well.

Mechanism
While in a dialogue, press F or R3 when using the keyboard or gamepad, respectively.

Installation/Uninstallation/Update
Safe to install/uninstall/update whenever. No Esp no scripts. Just SKSE plugin. So you need to have SKSE installed.

Compatibility
Compatible with everything, including Improved Camera, Smooth Camera, etc.
Probably NOT compatible with Switch Camera During Dialogue, but then why would you use both...

Additional Features
1. Zoom in/out during conversation. Defaults: hold LCtrl while using the mouse wheel and hold L3 while using R1/R2 for keyboard/mouse and gamepad, respectively.
2. Customizable input keys for everything via ini file. Therein, set the value to -1 if you do not want a specific feature.
3. Auto-Toggle: Option to auto switch to 1st person and 3rd person camera upon entering and leaving the conversation, respectively. Configurable in the ini file.

Recommended Mods
I think this mod in combination with Dialogue Movement Enabler is quite cool. Note that its AE version seems to have a toggle POV functionality too, which I did not test.

You might be asking

Q: Does this work with 1.6.1130?
A: One person reported it to be working in the comments.

Q: How can I rebind the toggle to a different key?
A: Use the decimal number under DXScanCodes Input Script - the CreationKit Wiki (uesp.net)

Q: The key code doesn't work. What should I do?
A: Download the Input Detection file under Misc. Boot up the game. While in Main Menu, hold the button that you want to use.
Close the game. Uninstall Input Detection. Go to Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE. Open TDC_InputDetect.log and you will see your key code. Adjust the Toggle Dialogue Camera INI file accordingly.
