Adds a summonable slaughterfish familiar to hunt underwater enemies for you. A simple and elegant solution to Skyrim's inclusion of underwater enemies but no way to fight them.
The spell tome can be found in the Riverwood Trader, on the lower shelf behind the counter.
The spell itself is a Lesser Power, meaning it can be used underwater and as many times a day as you want.
The plugin is simple, script-free, and can be easily merged with others to save those precious .esp slots.
