This mod add small priory named "Stillrecite Priory" at north-west of Falkreath.
It's lore-friendly and your spouse can live.(no support for adoption. too small for 3 or more family)

-How to use priory
Help Thadgeir at Falkreath. he teaches you something.
-Purpose
This mod aim to add cheap and small home like Oblivion waterfront shack. (Everyone loved that shack, right?)
Maybe Breezehome is cheap house for player, but if you are not Dragonborn, you can't buy.
Hearthfire small house is good, but too fancy for me.
Also, this priory is for alchemist and worshiper of the Nine.
-Optional File
Also, I prepared Snow effect remover.
SSE have rain and snow clipping. but when snowing, you have another snow flakes effect to your camera(even 1st person mode).
I don't like this effect because It ruins everything about rain and snow clipping.
I highly recommend that use this file with priory.
(I'm not sure these area falls snow, but it's good even if you don't use priory)
