Remove the tea set trigger.
I like the Office Desk from Obscure's College of Winterhold's more, it has a more office vibe.So i made a patch replaces the Office Desk from Immersive College of Winterhold to Obscure's College of Winterhold's.
Including some miscellaneous items, and the strongbox next to it.See the picture.
The books might fall on the floor if you installed it in mid game.Use Sweeping Organizes Stuff to make them back;
Load it before lighting mod patches such as lux patch.
