A Port of my Xbox mod, making all Draugr less scary by changing their appearance to look like ghosts

After a request on Reddit from someone to change the appearance of the Dragur to something less scary, I remembered a similar mod on Fallout where someone changed the spiders to something else for people with Arachnophobia.
The point of this mod is so people with the Fear of Zombies / Undead bodies can hopefully play Skyrim more comfortably.
I haven't changed the textures of the draugr, just their appearance to give them a ghostly look, thank you to Runeiverse on YouTube for your tutorial on making ghost NPC`s and spells, this helped with changing the appearance of all Draugr, even the Big hulking ones from Dragonborn into ghosts, they are still Draugr in every way still, weapons, shouts, loot dropped etc.
The only other change is to the bodies, they now just leave a pile of ash when killed.
This may not be compatible with other mods editing draugr. Place this mod underneath any that do make changes, especially ones that edit the textures.
