Figured out the issue, MO2 piority is not to be trusted. I have it between Dynamic Activation Key and Addon but the actual plugin piority is after Addon. Moving the order fixed it for me.
I had this exact issue, thanks for pointing this out, even though this dosen't seem to be authors suggested load order. Changing load order made DAK appear for me, but i don't see the addons.
For those struggling to get DAK to work, make sure the load order is this (enforce it, don't trust LOOT) for MCM to load or use Menu Maid 2 to register. If you're like me with shift being sprint button, DAK doesn't work. Get the MCM menu to work, change the hotkey to something else (any button), change it back to shift if you want, then DAK will work.
It might feel redundant, but it's essential 1.5.97 players know that this will only work with the miscellaneous backported version.4 in the mcm helper page. I missed it for months without knowing what was failing.
