Faster Sprinting Out of Combat

Features:
- If you sprint outside of combat with your weapons/spells sheathed, you'll move 100% faster.
- If you have your hands unsheathed and equipped with magic, staff or unarmed, you'll sprint 50% faster instead.
- If you have your hands unsheathed and equipped with any weapon (except staff or unarmed), you'll sprint at normal speed.
Notes:
- Optional "50% Boost" version available: Sprint 50% faster while weapons/spells sheathed, normal speed while unsheathed.
- The 100% speed boost is really fast, sometimes too fast, which is why I added the 50% speed boost and normal speed options.
- There might be a slight delay before the speed boost kicks in when you start sprinting.
- For the 50% speed boost, your mainhand must be a spell, staff or unarmed, but your offhand can be spell, staff, unarmed, shield or torch.
- If you're using the Paraglider mod, the speed boost does transfer to the glider if you sprint before jumping/falling and activating.
- Compatible with everything, no vanilla edits.
- Scriptless, therefore should be safe to uninstall or reinstall anytime.
- Flagged ESL.
