This is simply a compatibility patch between Wander - A Weather Mod and Sounds of Skyrim - The Wilds, as they did not previously have an available patch.

This patch was generated with Mator Smash to merge both these mods changes to the Region records, and then manually checked and cleaned up a bit. You can use this technique to generate patches for any other weather mods.

If you use the complete suite of Sounds of Skyrim, Sounds of Skyrim Complete comes with its own patch between it and Wander weather. (I personally prefer the standalone modules, which is why I made this patch.)
