Newgame Helper has been updated. The new version restores data once registered with MCM Helper. Also, please note that the functions of the previous version are still available, but the specifications have changed.
You can now freely create lists as plugin lists in addition to the default list, and once an element has been keyworded, it will be restored via a json file. There is also an additional feature that gives you points if you collect all the listings. As long as you have a plugin list, you can restore items and spells collected in previous games in the new game, or you can check the collection list in the MCM.
You are free to upload your own plugins to Nexsus without my permission and ok to get DP without permission.

→ Regarding the plugin list, we found a bug that prevented selection in MCM. We are currently checking to see if we can fix it. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    →Existing Bugs
CTD occurs when double-byte characters such as Japanese are entered in the MCM settings. This is caused by the game engine and cannot be fixed.

→If you put 2-byte characters in the save name, the characters will be garbled and will not load. Please use alphabetic characters in file names.

→If MCM does not appear at the start of the game, try saving the game after the race menu, then go back to the title and load the game.

Was the FOMOD changed? When installing 5.5.1, I get a BAIN installer instead of the usual FOMOD menu of selections.

I looked in the old 4.1.1 and there was a FOMOD and pictures files. Latest file does not have those.

I don't think version 5.1.2 works completely for me. Status tab is empty and does not show options. New method of adding and removing spells are confusing to me. Version 4.1.1 was pretty much perfect for me so I will stick to that for now

If the status tab is empty, it seems to me that MCM Helper is not functioning?
4.1.1 is made with the SKSE function. Newer versions may not work in some environments as they make full use of the latest version of papyrus extender and MCM helper.

I'm not sure why it doesn't work. I have po3's papyrus extender 5.6.2, MCM helper 1.5, and FLM 1.7.1 installed. The rest of the MCM pages show up (only status page is empty)

Are you a non-English speaker? Sorry. Some of the translation files are broken and I need you to translate the English files into your language. We will fix it in the next update.

Updated version 5.1.2. This version automatically applies pre-set items after the completion of certain start change mod quests. Please note that this is not compatible with older versions.

I end up with dozens of spells, powers, and shouts whenever I start a new game, but this only lists 3: flames, healing, and combat heal rate. It doesn't even list spells from mods listed in as supported.  And if I re-search, those 3 turn into 0.

As badly as I need a mod like this, this one unfortunately has no use for me.

I wonder if you have installed FormList Manipulator - FLM.

I've had it installed for some time, because another mod required it.

Please make sure your FLM and papyrus extender are up to date. However, I am reworking the mod to make it easier for everyone to use. I can't tell you when it will be finished...

Hmm... I checked and there was indeed an update for one of those. Unfortunately the results were the same. I'll just wait for your new work, but no pressure! <3

It's not bad, didn't really remove (or can't) what I was wanting to though. I can see it would be handy and was back and forth over it, but honestly I found it more annoying than useful in it's current state. Could end up being a bit of an essential mod though over time.

How about using a hotkey or activation spell to bring up a dialog menu and select the self spell you want to move?I myself thought this mod needed to be fixed. Since we're at this point, I don't know if I can implement it, but if you have any interesting ideas, I'll incorporate them.

I'm not sure how much help I could be, but I'll give some honest feedback at least from first impressions.
Hotkey would be good, I do hear a lot of complaints about hotkeys and people having too many though so not sure what is best.
I like the idea of changing outfit etc, being able to customise spells, gold, perks, etc can be handy when constantly testing.
One problem though for example, the first spell/book I tried to remove wouldn't deactivate so there may be a few mods that will be more difficult than others.
Seems really rough and clunky loading in, really needs a settings loader or such to give it a delay on heavier modlists.
For me, having the options to change is good in specific situations, but I'd hardly use it. Even with testing, to me it always feels like an unfair advantage, but that's just me. The clothing option was good though, just loading a bit too early atm so coming in a bit rough.
All and all, If I was going to keep it just for clothing, then the rest of it loading and the messages etc is just getting in the way and too annoying atm, especially if I can't remove the items as that was the main reason I was looking at it.
It's just a first impression so don't take it to heart, hopefully it's in some way helpful and gives some ideas. Like I say, has potential. I can see a lot of people wanting something like this. Best of luck :)

Indeed! Thanks for your honesty. The hotkey introduction is an implementation I don't want to do either. Do you prefer to change your clothes at new game? I see.I thought about implementing the MCM helper once, but the problem is that it doesn't have a repeat function. My concept is to make a mod that is easy to use, so I will try various things.

As far as the clothing, yes about half the time I might take out a set and a decent weapon while in the alternate start room just to make it easier getting to and from a place without too much interference. I understand I can just turn off the combat, but half the time animations are what I'm testing :)
I'd say also that the less obtrusive a mod is the better, as in more seamless. Options to remove messages would be good (think I just found the mod displaying a message for ages and didn't know which one), something you could set up once and forget about it. That's always good.
I think the general idea is pretty solid, and it didn't crash the game or anything haha.
I just removed a series of mods I installed because bad (also a constant verbrose message, ripped those out quick) and about to figure out which of another two were lying lol so could be a lot worse :) Pretty good start imo. Now, time to figure out why nothing costs stamina anymore.. -_-

very interesting. To keep the saves clean even if I like to install and remove tons of mods, I find myself creating new game more and more often. I was hoping to find such a mod to add automatically the spells I usually add in begin and the outfit. Level and abilities can also be useful to start new game and be able to play mods requiring high level.
Would be great to find saved in new game also smartcast and simple hotkeys configurations, it's so boring to configurate them everytime I do a new save game

The hot key is a wonderful idea. I'd like to add an interesting feature to the papyrus extender that allows for a different approach now!

A version with corrected error records is available. I don't think dyndolod will now generate errors.

seems like a cheat to add spells, perks and stuff like that. scripts also mention estrus spells for some reason. also change max carry weight etc
