Grass Trim for Lakeview manor (Hearthfire Extended).

If you're using the mod Hearthfire Extended, you'll get an option to build a road in Lakeview Manor.
But sadly, that road's very existence is almost as useless as me (according to multiple reliable sources) due to grass covering it. Especially if you're using grass mods.
This patch is made to fix that issue. Its just like your house finally got that Brazilian wax it wanted for so long!

This is ESL so it wont hurt your load order.
drop the ESP on your data folder, or just use mod manager, and let LOOT sort it. Otherwise, you'll need to load this after those two mods.
