I've been using this in my own game for a while now and decided to finally share it. It uses a skeleton made by OnHolyServiceBound in their mod Orc Overhaul - Orc body morphs height and Berserker strength. They kindly gave me permission to upload this using that skeleton. I made all nords relatively short but I tried to not make them too short so that animations and such still look okay.
You think it's silly now.... but it works far better than I expected it to in my game and really feels like I have Dwarfs with their own culture in my game now.
"Dwarfs live in the mountains" first of all, not always but, technicality.... Skyrim is technically "In the mountains" just not physically inside of them.
These are not requirements but I highly recommend using them to make the experience better:

Load this lower in your load order to make sure nothing overwrites the height and skeleton changes made by my mod.
