Replaces Vanilla Windshear with a weapon worthy of its name. The weapon is imbued with lightning and frost abilities while it is raining or storming, and this power scales with the player's level. Shoot frigid wind beams or smite your opponent down with the mighty power of thunder...the choice is yours.

Windshear will react to changes in weather and enter into a powered-up state in turbulent conditions. When indoors or in calm weather, it is powered-down and not much more than a typical scimitar.
