I FIXED THE MASTER FILE ERROR!
To "start" this quest, look for Urag's journal behind his desk in the Arcanaeum within the College of Winterhold."I don't wanna see you treating any of these books poorly. Are we clear?" -Urag gro-Shub

The idea manifested after listening to the Talos advocate/priest in Whiterun. I'm sure others have created fantastic lore for Talos, I honestly haven't even searched, but I wanted to make something for myself. Talos is described as many things. Among them are: wise leader, cunning warrior, brilliant tactician, powerful, a pious devotee to the One, and even deity himself. He's a god/man in Skyrim lore--that or a heretic! *=O This made me think of literature I've studied in the Old Testament of the Christian Bible. King David (whose descendant is Jesus Christ) and King Solomon, David's son, wrote extensively on the topic of wisdom, the suffering of man, and just honest confession and supplication. I've taken it upon myself to copy some of their writings and attribute them to Talos. I've done this with reverence to the Bible and respect to Elder Scrolls lore.
Before you report me to Bethesda for including real-world religion, I've intentionally censored the actual names and locations of all the text I've included to fit the lore. I only mention that I've used Bible text so that you know I'm not the author. The psalms I've used have aligned well with the lore of Talos, including his wars and struggles before becoming emperor, conquering all of Tamriel, and the challenges of ruling a people. Texts are derived from all of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and one chapter from Song of Solomon. I've filled in and edited as I saw fit for lore.
The reader will enjoy poetic, beautiful, thought provoking text. And maybe a little humor. This mod should add a few hours of game-play.
I also created a couple unique weapons and rings; not too OP, though.
