The most epicest encounter ever encountered in the history of video games, maybe ever, now in Skyrim. Light Plugin.
As an Imperial, Rick The Door Technician hails directly form the Imperial City in Cyrodiil and will seek you out after you kill the Dragon at the Western Watchtower. Be ready for a fight you'll never even remember you had.
No hard requirements, but without PO3_Papyrus Extender other people (especially your followers, or guards he might decide to attack) might get all the fun, and without True Hud you won't get the true Boss Battle experience.
I set him to respawn, but since I put him way beyond Skyrim's playable borders, unless you have some way of respawning cells you haven't been to, he most likely won't be back for more.
Tested (and working) with Live Another Life - A New Dragonborn extension. It also appears to work when loaded in a game AFTER you've already completed Dragon Rising.
