Fix a bug introduced in patch 3.0 where Death Knight lost the combat target while using the darkness ability.
Fix (Hopefully) the "Overbright" glitch introduced in patch 3.0, from when the Death Knight uses the darkness ability.
Fix various incorrectly assigned effects.
Graphical improvements on various shaders and effects.

Reworked a black mist effect of the Death Knight. It now darkens the light properly, as it should have been.
Meteorite crossbow projectile from enemies now gave off suppression properly.
Improve meteorite bolts model (Shot) and sound. (Multiple verbs/channels)
Completely fix the seam effect on the sky in the exterior areas. (Finally...)

Fix Orphis and Scarlet Reaper ability to use relic power while attacking. This sometimes causes NPC to turn invincible due to killmove not finished. (This also makes them spam the skill a little less as a side effect.)
Scarlet Reaper now equipped a different hood.
