Question: DWaTBD is not "actively maintained" on Nexus. I'm not aware if newer versions are publicly available on other sites (a casual search came up empty). I presume that this is for the latest Nexus release (2.1.4).
edit: of course the file is labeled 2.1.4. Still, not sure if newer versions exist somewhere out in the wild.
Yes, they all use MCM Helper, but I noticed they don't have the option to load settings in a new game, and that's a pity, so I hope you can add the settings loader option to them.
EDIT: Also for Combat Equalizer by BraveHayMan and the adjustable magicka and stamina costs add-on in the misc section.

All MCM Helper based MCMs will load settings at new game (at least if they have layout done with MCM Helper). I will check it.
Edit: These mods need to have INI file with settings added next to JSON config layout. Probably author forgot about it. Just tell him to add it.
OK, I take it back. Layout is done in such way, that you will not have settings saved. I will take care of it.

there are 3 mods by dann1c: Simple Regen Adjuster, Conditional Magicka Costs and Conditional Stamina Costs.
