My character is inspired by Guts from berserk, so it fits so well having a little fairy on top of my shoulder^ Also I noticed Sparky's light is kinda purple-ish (hurts my eyes), so I changed it to a more "white-ish" light (better for my eyes) here's how to do it for anyone interested:
- Open Sparky.esp in SSEEDIT - Look for the category called Light, then find DATA/Color, and from there change the values for those instead: Red: 255 Green: 255 Blue: 200 or 255 - Exit
Hope more healing spells can be added to the list - would love the idea of having Sparky helping keep the party healed up and not on the frontline of combat - I don't want her hurt!
Sparky has earned a permanent place in my load order. Kudos to the author. Regarding ‘spell tomes’ for Sparky, the strongest ones are chain lightning, wall of storms, and thunderbolt. Sparks is kind of so -so...
Now, it may just be due to my mod list, but I have found that Sparky has been able to use any scroll from any magic mod I have installed. This includes summoning, conjuring, destruction (other than hand held or bound weapons), protective, and healing. But Sparky does have preferences. I found this out through experimentation.
I have not tried giving Sparky any hand held weapons yet. It would be hilarious if that worked. Imagine Sparky wielding a great sword or similar weapon. Lol…
Sparky will also use certain enchanted items, such as ‘Draupnir A Ring Enchanted by Odin Ver-1-0’ and ‘Leveler’s Tower V4-4sse’ necklaces. But keep in mind, these enchanted items must be relevant to Sparky. I have found that rings and necklaces can be used together, but not more than one ring and/or one necklace at a time. Jewelry that provides perks or enhancements to items Sparky does not use is obviously moot.
There may be more this fairy can do. I am having a blast finding out. Great mod!
Great mod, lovely. But I'm having an issue where Sparky dissapears on and off at times. It happens indoords a lot, does it work as a light source? Because I can't find any other reasons why it would dissapear and appear like that so often. Kind of breaks the immersion.
Idea for an alternative place to find Sparky other than Riverwood. Toadstool Ring: Bilegulch Ridge.
A fairy ring is a perfect place to find a fairy. As an added benefit, Relics of Hyrule also puts a Fairy Font there. Which would, eventually, give Sparky fairy friends to hang out with.
I'm using Nether Follower Framework (NFF). I'd like to ask anyone who uses that and Sparky for their experiences, like any bugs or weird behavior? link to NFF https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/55653
I've been running around 10+ hours with Sparky and 1 or 2 other NFF controlled followers, and haven't noticed any weird behavior so I'd say it's safe to use both in case anyone else is wondering.
How did you do this? Sorry, still new to NFF, did you import Sparky as a follower or no? How do I set up both NFF and Sparky so they both work without issues?

Kinda of reminds of me Navi from Ocarina of Time.

Favorite Misc Item would work wonders.
