I believe users can use the simple vanilla replacer version, while also making the animations only play during an Elden Parry, without the need for editing annotations.
Try adding this condition to all of the submods.

You can also try changing PLAYER to TARGET, and see how that works if you're letting NPCs parry. Haven't tested that method, so dunno if it will work properly.
Please help i can not get this to work. I am using the separate stagger version and the Animations of the autor. Everytime i parry someone they just stop attacking but the animation does not play.
yeah i've been having trouble using the tool as well. I would just like it if the mod can overwrite any mod that involves a parry or bash stagger because it's not really worknig with ultimate combat (even when i disable it's poise and stagger settings) nor project impact
