So since this hadn't been made and i've always loved the shout I decided to have a go at it.
This is the first time I've done a mod that is solely on CK so there was a lot of trial and error and it's still not perfect but I've learned a lot and I think I want to get more into the creation kit.
It includes a NEW shout with AUDIO.
It will work okay with one or two words but its supposed to be used with the 3 words, it makes no sense otherwise.
So far the mod is pretty bare bones, it adds a Shout named Devour Soul that is basically Miraak's shout from Dragonborn.
Fair warning , the shout is incredibly OP as it's supposed to emulate Miraak's shout so it will 1 shot EVERYTHING. So use it if you're a RP heavy person like me or you just like using OP god tier items/spells.
The only way to get it so far is through the console type : help Dii and it should give you a code ending in 2 or 3 , just use the command player.teachword xxxxx2 and the other 2 words will be the same but with one ending with a 3 and the other with a 0.
