These files are named to replace files in The Eyes of Beauty, but you can rename them to replace vanilla or other eye mods instead. Let them overwrite anything else. Compatibility isn't really applicable here, since they're textures intended to replace existing textures.

(To replace eyes from another mod, find the eye you want to replace in Skyrim's Data\Textures\actors\character\eyes folder. If you can't open the DDS files to look at them, try XnView MP.
