This mod hasn't been through the new CK and is using the old file header 43 instead of the 44 that Special Edition uses. This can cause corrupt saves and more issues. Mod author please resave this mod in the new CK and upload the new version here. Thanks!

If those records are not in this mod it does not require change. SSE uses and includes form 16, 32, and many more, look in the records. Changing form with CK often breaks mods and causes CTD. "Better to be safe and convert with CK" is a risk. If I am wrong you NEED to list actual facts and details.
I made a patch to make this work for Skyrim Revamped Loot and Encounter Zones 1.2 (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/14338) It's ESL flagged and you don't need the original Disable Combat Boundary mod, just place this below Skyrim Revamped:
I imagine you're probably no longer working on it but I've been having issues whereby the enemies chasing me who are pretty far behind just about instantly all come through the door at the same time as me.
This also happens if someone is in the middle of addressing my character.
Thats the drawback about this kind of mod. It was fine in oblivion, they had to be close behind you to follow you through the loading screen. but with this added back in skyrim, it seems they have teleporting powers. nothing can be done about that
I think the only way around this is to sneak, if you are at least partially concealed they should warp... but they know where you are they will follow you.
If I've understood correctly, this changes Encounter Zones in the game. Meaning that it will conflict with Morrowloot Ultimate, Skyrim Revamped and any other mod that de-levels or modifies the encounter zones. Would it be possible for the author to create patches that work with the most popular such mods?
Yes you are correct.. a patch is very easy to make though. It'd be tedious for the author to make em though since there are 10+ encounter zone mods. I will likely make one for encounter zones redone.
if you use this + OMEGA - Balance mod make sure that this mod load first and then omega and then you have to hand edit the zones after as they overwrite each other and smash patch wont fix it.
I know this is probably a stupid question but could this cause issues with dragons? I mean, if you were in combat with a dragon and entered an inn/house to heal, could the dragon (rather messily) follow you in?
