Shinobi tools is a great mod, I love it. Unfortunately, I have to play at a lower volume than normal because the firecrackers are unreasonably louder than anything else in the game. This mod simply lowers the volume of all firecracker related sfx by a few decibels. 

Install with any mod manager and make sure it overwrites Shinobi Tools.
