Version 1.2 Changelog: Tried to address some of the feedback I've gotten from you all, so version 1.2 is now:
- Choosing to only maintain one version, the USSEP-compatible one, since the changes from USSEP are good and should not be reverted back to vanilla. USSEP isn't required to use the mod. - Fixed some punctuation that I had missed at the end of sentences. Only 3-4 instances of this, but enough to be noticeable. - NPCs are now head tracking their target during scenes instead of focusing on the player when the player gets too close.
Should be safe to update mid-game :)

Wow, thanks so much for getting this to the Hot mods section! <3 Didn't expect this reception at all, and thank you for being so kind in the comments section. Leaving things open for comments always gives me quite a bit of anxiety.
I've added a USSEP compatible version of the mod in the main files. It's fine to use as-is. It doesn't add USSEP as a master, but all changes are forwarded (it was only really a script & a few, but important, conditions)
Currently working on a similar mod but for Dawnguard, but I will most likely update this more, I just need to go through another playthrough of the Companions (& Dawnguard) to find the things I want to add.
If you encounter any issues with the dialogue (sound missing for example), please let me know. I struggled with setting correct file names after ESLifying the esp, so some might've been missed :/ (Pretty sure I got all of them tho).
Very good. But found out RaceCompatibility for Skyrim (requirement for some character creation addons) overwrite some records from this mod. Just for info.
I think this mod caused a bug with Aela. She was my shield sibling during Proving Honor, and after she turned into a werewolf, she's wearing Studded Armor instead of her usual armor. I tried giving her an ancient nord armor via console, but it didn't work. Also tried removing all items from her with the "removeallitems" command and then give her an ancient nord armor, but she's still wearing studded. Kinda weird, as if her basic armor that doesn't even show in the inventory changed from ancient nord to studded. I fixed it with "equipitem", but figured you might want to know. It could also be that some other mod is causing this, but my load order is fairly light.
Can't think of any reason this mod would cause that since it only adds dialogue. It doesn't even add the ability for Aela to be your shield-sibling, so I would say it's most likely another mod that is causing it. This mod only adds dialogue and changes one package for the Companions radiant quests.
Can you also fix the weird conversation between you, kodlak and vilkas when you first join the companions? because even tho im a level 110 dragonborn, thane of every city in skyrim, the person who ended the civil war, hero who has slain alduin and miraak; they act like they have never even heard of me and its annoying i tell you. I don't know any mods that fixes this problem so if you could that would be awesome man.
+1 Good point. I also planned to ask about that. That's probably the last thing to fully fix dialogue inconsequences in companions questline. It should be quite easy to do, from technically point of view. For example, there's dialogue scene C00KodlakVilkasArgueAboutPlayer [SCEN:000A3EB7] and it's possible to add another dialogue responses with unique conditions.
Honestly, I would add (and acknowledge) the content of a more challenging giant fight so more people can receive the dialogue you worked so hard on.
There are two mods that I see offhand that address this issue by making the giant healthy enough that you can flipping reach him (why are there no female giants? Sorry, I digress...)
This is a good point! I'm using Improved Companions - Questline Tweaks, which prolongs the giant fight, but I usually forget having it installed. I can add these to the mod desc tho!
It doesnt have the cut quest restored or having the option of getting Aela as a shield-sibling during Proving Honor, but those will be covered in an upcoming mod :)

You Handle Yourself Well and Impress The Companions cover this important detail.

any conflict? I know it's obsolete mod now, maybe i should try Customizable Companions Questline Progression Requirements at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
any conflict? thanks!
I have to say this is really cool mod. I was also wondering if you could make voiced version of Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild ?
