Do some of you know how to install community shaders and reshade correctly? I have a terrible broken screen with everything on. It kinda resembles the matrix, because the image is composed of fragments of greenish purple dots that makes it difficult to see what's going on. Ive been asking around because I'm pretty clueless so any help or hint would be deeply apreciated, thanks!
Reshade is generally less intensive than ENB but, when you first boot up the game with reshade It'll ask you to press home to open the menu and your gonna want to make sure performance mode is checked on. Most of the other stuff is handled by skse and community shaders which takes awhile to compile when first starting up but should be pretty smooth after that. Overall it should be a lot more performance friendly than an ENB, Skyrim SE/AE thankfully works really well with Reshade and I'd recommend checking out more of doodlums stuff than just whats listed in the requirements, you might find something really worthwhile.
I have found a solution for the weather, I will test it within a week, and if it works, it may help other mods who have problems with vanilla HDR in Soul Cairn.
I really love the way this looks, but on one of the required mods' page, someone commented that the mod in question caused their system to overheat. Is this type of a graphics whatever more of a strain on your graphics than ENB? I'm not using a high-end, NASA approved pc here.
idk what was up with that persons pc lmao but all mods are pretty performance friendly as i run it on a laptop ive had for like 5 years and is on its last legs lol
