meet Vanik if you join the Dawnguard instead of siding with the vampires

Recently I chose to have harkon turn me into a vampire lord for the first time and was surprised to discover the existance of Vanik, as you are never able to meet him if you choose to side with the dawnguard.
I decided to add a duplicate of Vanik who gets enabled when you recruit Sorine and Gunmar
like beleval and ingjard he has two unique lines, an intro line that plays only once, and a line that plays when you ask him why he joined the dawnguard. I spliced these lines together. he is also able to direct you to the correct person when you're looking for work in the dawnguard due to the lines for his voice type saying those things already existing in the game.
if you have AndrealphusVIII's Missing Follower Dialogue Edit then he should work perfectly as a follower.

1.1 Fixed an issue with Vanik's crime faction, so now the dawnguard aren't fine with you assaulting him
