A small Island transformed in a "player home". Falkreath Hold

A small mod I initially made for myself for RP purposes. The Island is transformed in a very basic but cosy "player home".
You can fast travel to this location (its name is Hunter Island) and it features:
- Around 10 containers with no respawn
- A bedroll to sleep
- A Firepit with cooking pot
Added V1.1
- Tanning Rack
- Forge
- Weapon and Armor Workbench
The Island is accessible by the south, by jumping onto conveniently placed rocks and woodplanks. No need to go swimming and getting wet (nice for Frostfall users, such as myself).
It is a perfect place for a starting character and provides a good first playerhouse.
There is a note you can read from the previous owner on one of the barrels.
Updating file:
Please take any items you placed in containers and save before replacing the file.
Recommended Mods:
I would personnally use the Frostfall and Campfire mod for immersion purposes as well as for being able to perform alchemy and enchanting on this island. It gives much more interest to this place.
The Island is situated north of the Lakeview Manor of the Hearthfire DLC (See map screenshot for more details).
Ideas for improvements:
- Add a fish hatchery at this island, it would be ideal for players who have Lakeview Manor (I just have to learn how to do it)
- Add Grindstone, Workbench and forge
