The DAR conditions are designed so that Animated Armoury and Skyrim Spear
Mechanic can work as well; however, I did not add faction specific conditions for those types
of weapons due to the rare nature of these weapons getting MCO animations.
I also recommend adding a base animation packs so that any condition not met will be
covered by the other animation pack.
