class: combatThief (ex. Brynjolf)
several perks (light armor, one-handed, sneak, lockpicking)
combat style: csForswornBerserker (allows for dual wielding, does not make her forsworn)
Other:
If you are using a Ysolda replacer, you will likely need to create a patch.
