Description
A medium-sized upper-class house in Solitude near the main gate, nestled between the Winking Skeever and Angeline's Aromatics. The house has a living area, kitchen, bar, dining area, and small armory on the first floor, three bedrooms (one of which has an enchanting/alchemy area) on the second floor, and a workshop/training room as well as a bath in the basement. The book on the table in the larger bedroom can be used to enchant, and the alembic nearby it can be used for alchemy. In the basement, the workbench table can be used as an armor workbench, and the whetstone resting on top of it can be used to improve weapons. The anvil works as a normal smithy. All of the decorations in the house are static so you don't have to worry about loading up on loot early on or knocking things over. I made this a couple months back to be a guildhouse/main base for Skyrim Together with two others but am releasing it after I got a request for a larger house in Solitude (actually a pretty cool coincidence ngl). It's also fully navmeshed so if you don't plan on playing Skyrim Together you could use it as a house for you and two followers.

Ownership
It's free as per usual but I would say a fair amount of gold for it would be ~15-20kish if you want to throw some in a river so you have to pay for it.

Compatibility
Putting anything big in Solitude is a compatibility nightmare cause of the huge number of Solitude overhauls. It works out of the box with Redbag's and I'm uploading a patch for Enhanced Solitude, but it will be incompatible with anything that adds something between the Winking Skeever and Angeline's Aromatics. If anyone makes patches for other Solitude overhauls that need it, you can either host them on your own page or upload it here. If you host it on your own just let me know so I can put a link to it on this page.

Side Notes
I may eventually make an alternate version that's more of a traditional house layout upstairs with a master bedroom and a kids room so you could use it with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions or something but currently I don't have the time. Same with a patch that makes it possible to actually talk to an NPC to buy the house from them. Also I know the lights are a bit dim but sadly I couldn't make them any brighter without the light limit coming into effect and making everything flicker like hell.
