It looks like the Lux Orbis - Xelzaz patch has 'Water for ENB - Patch - FWMF for fantasy paper maps.esp' as one of its required masters. Is this intentional? If not you may want to update the uploaded patch
With two starting patches, this would ba a patchapa. Every additional esp adds a letter until palooza is finally spelled out. Officially speaking that is.

should remove that as a master, it has to load last and theres no reason for it to be a master anyway
